Spiritual direction is the practice of supporting someone to grow in their spirituality and to deepen their relationship with divine experience.  I am a trained spiritual director in the Christian-Jungian model of Bro. Don Bisson, FMS.    As a psychotherapist, I bring a passion for bridging the language of psychology and spirituality to spiritual direction.   This approach has allowed people of diverse religions, denominations, and spiritual beliefs to feel supported and understood in their journey to deepen their relationship with the Divine.
